Alamo Ranch is one of the busiest family areas in San Antonio. Officially it is a master-planned community on Culebra Road just outside Loop 1604. Most locals use the name for the whole corridor around it, too: Kallison Ranch, Stillwater Ranch, Valley Ranch and the neighborhoods in between. River City Event Rentals delivers across all of it from our west side base.

We rent complete party packages: a bounce house or combo plus tables and chairs, at one posted package price, plus tax and delivery.

Three packages cover most Alamo Ranch parties, from a small backyard birthday to a full cul-de-sac crowd. We never add package fees on top, and the Backyard Birthday Package costs less than renting each item separately.

Dual Lane Combo + Seating for 24. Includes the Galaxy Dual Slide Bounce Combo with blower, 3 banquet tables and 24 folding chairs. It is the one to pick when the whole class, the whole team or the whole street is coming.

What a water slide needs

• Water: Wet setups need a garden hose and a spigot near the setup spot; tell us the distance at checkout.
• Power: Outlet within 50 ft included; 51-100 ft run has an added site charge (listed under Site Conditions on our FAQs page).
• Space: River City setup space is our own planning rule, not a manufacturer spec: the inflated footprint plus 3 ft of clear space on every side for stakes, the blower and safe entry. Height isn't part of it.

Delivery, setup and pickup is $20 within 10 miles of our west San Antonio base, then $5 per mile up to 25 miles. Over 25 miles is by quote: call or text (210) 471-8797. Example: 15 miles = $20 + $25 = $45; partial miles round up.

Culebra Road and the Loop 1604 interchange get crowded on weekends, especially around The Shops at Alamo Ranch. We plan delivery windows around that traffic so your unit is inflated, inspected and ready before the party starts.

What we need from you:

- A flat, level setup spot with clear space around the unit. Our crew confirms the exact clearance on site.
- Overhead clearance: no branches, lines or patio covers above the unit.
- Outlet within 50 ft included; 51-100 ft run has an added site charge (listed under Site Conditions on our FAQs page).
- A clear route at least 3 feet wide from the street to the backyard.
- An adult on site for the safety walkthrough.

We stake into grass and use sandbags on concrete or pavement. If you are hosting at a community pool, park or amenity center, check your HOA's rules on inflatables, placement and power before you book. Many HOAs also ask for a certificate of insurance, which we can provide.

Alamo Ranch-area events often have more paperwork than a backyard party. River City Event Rentals carries commercial liability insurance. HOAs, churches, venues and schools, including Northside ISD campuses like Harlan High School on Culebra Road, can request a certificate of insurance naming them as additional insured when they book.

On safety, owner-operator Miguel Rodriguez Santiago holds the Advanced Inflatable Safety Operations Certification from SIOTO (Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization), earned in August 2026. Every setup starts with a site inspection for underground lines, overhead hazards and anything on the ground. The blower runs on a dedicated GFCI-protected circuit, and we don't leave until the responsible adult knows how to run it and has signed off on the walkthrough. A 10% reservation deposit books your date. It is applied to your order total and is non-refundable if you cancel (weather rules below). Balance is due 48 hours before delivery. Bookings inside 48 hours are paid in full at checkout.

Cancelling for a non-weather reason? Anything you paid beyond the deposit is refunded in full if you cancel 30 or more days out, 50% at 7 to 29 days, and not refunded within 7 days.

We check Doppler radar, NOAA and Weather.com before we load the trailer and keep watching during your event. Gusts matter more than the average wind speed, because a calm day with hard gusts is the condition behind most inflatable incidents. Lightning, heavy rain or an approaching storm takes the unit out of service.

If we cannot safely deliver or operate because of severe weather (high winds, lightning, heavy rain), your 10% reservation deposit can move to a new date within 12 months or become store credit. If you cancel for personal weather concerns while we can still safely deliver, normal cancellation rules apply.

Do you deliver to Kallison Ranch, Stillwater Ranch and Valley Ranch too?
Yes. We deliver across the Alamo Ranch corridor. Checkout shows your exact delivery rate.

Can you provide a COI for our HOA amenity center?
Yes. Ask when you book, and we will name the HOA as additional insured.

How early should we book a weekend?
Weekends book up first. When your date is set, reserve with the 10% deposit to hold your package.

Can we rent for a school or church event instead of a birthday?
Yes. The dual lane combo package is popular for bigger groups, and we can add games and concessions to the same order.
