Yes. River City is based in west San Antonio (78245) and delivers to Alamo Ranch, Helotes, Castroville, Potranco, Leon Valley, the Lackland area, Somerset and Von Ormy.

A staffed Signature Foam Experience in your backyard is 1 or 2 hours of foam session time: View live prices & availability. HOA and community events are call for a quote at (210) 471-8797. A trained River City attendant runs the foam cannon the whole time.

Booking is easy! Browse our rentals online, select your event date and items, and complete your reservation through our secure online booking system. Your reservation is confirmed once the required payment and rental agreement are completed. Need help? Call or text us and we’ll be happy to assist. 

If we cannot safely deliver or operate because of severe weather (high winds, lightning, heavy rain), your 10% reservation deposit can move to a new date within 12 months or become store credit. If you cancel for personal weather concerns while we can still safely deliver, normal cancellation rules apply. After we set up, weather that develops later usually does not create a refund. Delivery and pickup times are scheduled based on your event time, rental type, location, and our delivery route for the day. Setup and pickup included. Enter your address at checkout to see your delivery rate. Delivery, setup and pickup is $20 within 10 miles of our west San Antonio base, then $5 per mile up to 25 miles. Over 25 miles is by quote: call or text (210) 471-8797. We’ll coordinate your delivery so your equipment is ready before your scheduled event. Pickup happens at the end of your full 24 hours of use.

Delivery, setup and pickup is $20 for the first 10 miles from our west San Antonio base. After that, $5 is added for each mile past 10, up to 25 miles, and partial miles round up. Example: a 15-mile delivery is $20 + $25 = $45. Over 25 miles is by quote: call or text (210) 471-8797. You'll see your exact rate at checkout before you pay.

No major cleaning is required. Simply remove trash, food, drinks, decorations, and personal belongings before pickup. We handle the normal cleaning and sanitizing of our rental equipment between customers. Additional cleaning charges may apply for excessive messes or prohibited items. 

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure online booking system. Available payment options will be displayed during checkout. Required payments must be completed to confirm your reservation. 

Absolutely! As long as additional equipment is available for your event date, you can add items to your reservation. Contact us and we’ll help you add tables, chairs, tents, concessions, games, inflatables, or other available rentals. 

Yes. Rental equipment is inspected and cleaned between rentals so it arrives ready for your event. We take the cleanliness, condition, and presentation of our equipment seriously. 

A 10% reservation deposit books your date. It is applied to your order total and is non-refundable if you cancel (weather rules below). Balance is due 48 hours before delivery; bookings inside 48 hours are paid in full at checkout.

Rentals include a full 24 hours of use, with pickup at the end of the 24-hour window. Need it picked up at an exact time, like for venue rules or earlier than 24 hours? Need a 1-hour pickup window? Yes, a moonwalk is the same thing as a bounce house. Depending on who you ask around San Antonio, you'll hear moonwalk, moon bounce, bouncy castle, or jumper, and they all describe the same inflatable. Every unit in our inflatables lineup fits that description, from small backyard bouncers to combo units with slides. Setup and pickup included. Anything you paid beyond the deposit: refunded in full when you cancel 30 or more days before the event; 50% refunded at 7–29 days; no refund within 7 days.
