Booking is easy! Browse our rentals online, select your event date and items, and complete your reservation through our secure online booking system. Your reservation is confirmed once the required payment and rental agreement are completed. Need help? Call or text us and we’ll be happy to assist. 

Texas weather can be unpredictable! If weather may affect your event, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you whenever possible to find the best option based on your rental and event date. Weather-related cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the terms of your rental agreement. 

Delivery and pickup times are scheduled based on your event time, rental type, location, and our delivery route for the day. We’ll coordinate your delivery so your equipment is ready before your scheduled event. Pickup may occur after your event or the following day. 

No major cleaning is required. Simply remove trash, food, drinks, decorations, and personal belongings before pickup. We handle the normal cleaning and sanitizing of our rental equipment between customers. Additional cleaning charges may apply for excessive messes or prohibited items. 

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure online booking system. Available payment options will be displayed during checkout. Required payments must be completed to confirm your reservation. 

Absolutely! As long as additional equipment is available for your event date, you can add items to your reservation. Contact us and we’ll help you add tables, chairs, tents, concessions, games, inflatables, or other available rentals. 

Yes. Rental equipment is inspected and cleaned between rentals so it arrives ready for your event. We take the cleanliness, condition, and presentation of our equipment seriously. 

Yes. A 20% reservation deposit is required to book a standard online reservation, including packages. Custom or large events that need a written quote require a 30% deposit or another written payment schedule. The deposit is applied to your order total. It is non-refundable if you cancel, because those items come off the calendar for other customers. Remaining balance and due dates show at checkout.

Yes — a moonwalk is the same thing as a bounce house. Depending on who you ask around San Antonio, you'll hear moonwalk, moon bounce, bouncy castle, or jumper, and they all describe the same inflatable. Every unit in our inflatables lineup fits that description, from small backyard bouncers to combo units with slides. Delivery, setup, and pickup are free for the first 10 miles. After that we charge $4 per mile. We deliver up to 50 miles.
