Refund Policy

10% reservation deposit books your date (applied to your order; non-refundable if you cancel).
Cancel schedule for amounts beyond the deposit: full refund 30+ days out · 50% at 7–29 days · none within 7 days.
Qualifying weather (we cannot safely deliver/operate): deposit moves to a new date within 12 months or store credit.
