Bounce House & Party Rentals Along Potranco Road

Each package pairs a commercial inflatable with seating. We never add package fees on top, and the Backyard Birthday Package costs less than renting each item separately.

Which one fits a new-build backyard? Many newer lots along the corridor have compact backyards. The Backyard Birthday package, with its 13x13 bounce house, is the safest bet for a tight yard. The Jelly Bean Candy Castle Bounce House (backyard rentals only) with Dual Slides & Pool is 14x17. For the Galaxy Dual Slide Bounce Combo, check the product page or ask us for the footprint, and measure before you choose. If you are not sure, text us a photo of the yard.

Rentals include a full 24 hours of use, with pickup at the end of the 24-hour window. Need it picked up at an exact time, like for venue rules or earlier than 24 hours? Timed pickup is available by quote. Call or text (210) 471-8797.

Enter your address at checkout to see your delivery rate. Delivery, setup and pickup is $20 within 10 miles of our west San Antonio base, then $5 per mile up to 25 miles. Over 25 miles is by quote: call or text (210) 471-8797. One travel fee covers delivery and pickup.

The inner stretch of Potranco near Loop 1604 is close to our home area. For homes farther out past Highway 211, toward Potranco Oaks and the Medina County line, checkout shows your delivery rate before you pay. Potranco traffic is real, especially between Talley Road and Highway 151, so we build it into our route and aim to have your unit up and inspected before guests arrive.

New-construction yards come with their own checklist:

- Gates: we need a path at least 3 feet wide. Newer side gates can be narrow, so measure.
- Sprinklers and fresh sod: tell us where sprinkler heads and lines run. We check underground before we stake, and if a stake hits something, we stop and move it.
- Power: Outlet within 50 ft included; 51-100 ft run has an added site charge (listed under Site Conditions on our FAQs page). The blower gets its own circuit, not the one running your A/C.
- Overhead: keep the spot clear of young trees, patio covers and lines.
- Surface: we stake on grass and use sandbags on concrete.

Owner-operator Miguel Rodriguez Santiago holds SIOTO's Advanced Inflatable Safety Operations Certification. That level covers large slides, interactive games and multi-unit setups, not just basic bounce houses. Our Certified Safety page has a link to verify the certification, plus the full checklist we run at every stop: site inspection, full inflation and seam check, capped stakes, and an in-person walkthrough before we leave.
River City Event Rentals carries commercial liability insurance. HOAs running amenity-center events, churches, and Northside ISD campus groups can ask for a certificate of insurance naming them as additional insured when they book.
Deposit and weather: A 10% reservation deposit books your date. It is applied to your order total and is non-refundable if you cancel (weather rules apply). Balance is due 48 hours before delivery. Bookings inside 48 hours are paid in full at checkout.
Open, newly graded neighborhoods catch the wind. We monitor Doppler radar, NOAA and Weather.com and watch gusts closely, and lightning, heavy rain or an approaching storm means the unit comes out of service. If we cannot safely deliver or operate because of severe weather (high winds, lightning, heavy rain), your 10% reservation deposit can move to a new date within 12 months or become store credit. If you cancel for personal weather concerns while we can still safely deliver, normal cancellation rules apply.
