Owner-operator Miguel Rodriguez Santiago holds the Advanced Inflatable Safety Operations Certification from SIOTO, the Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization. Every delivery starts with a site walk for underground and overhead hazards, every blower runs on its own GFCI-protected circuit, and every stake top is capped. River City Event Rentals carries commercial liability insurance. Schools, churches, HOAs and venues that need a certificate of insurance naming them as additional insured can request one when they book. That matters on the west side, where many bookings are HOA amenity-center parties, church festivals and campus carnivals in Northside ISD or Southwest ISD.

Deposit: A 10% reservation deposit books your date. It is applied to your order total and is non-refundable if you cancel (weather rules below). Balance is due 48 hours before delivery. Bookings inside 48 hours are paid in full at checkout.

Summer afternoons are hot, and storms and gusty wind can move fast across open subdivisions. We watch Doppler radar, NOAA and Weather.com before and during your event, and we track gusts, not just the average wind speed. Lightning, heavy rain or approaching storms take a unit out of service.

If we cannot safely deliver or operate because of severe weather (high winds, lightning, heavy rain), your 10% reservation deposit can move to a new date within 12 months or become store credit. If you cancel for personal weather concerns while we can still safely deliver, normal cancellation rules apply.
